SOLD! East Austin Experts Sell The Cat Noir Hotel

Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate listed The Cat Noir Hotel on September 1st, 2021. We had multiple offers in less than 24 hours & within a week the property was under contract…. after a bidding war that drove the price above asking. Even we were shocked by the title wave of interested parties coming after this deal! Ultimately the listing was picked up by a local hotel group looking to expand their Austin holdings and take advantage of “revenge travel” in 2022.

Construction of this gorgeous Dick + Clark Architects design was completed in April, 2016. The hotel features a 3 story steel frame plus basement, roof-deck and separate apartment connected by sky bridge. 14 guest rooms of 3 different sizes and amenities make up the 2nd and 3rd floors, while the ground floor hosts the reception desk, living room, lounge, public bathrooms and Uncle Nicky’s Italian Specialities’ Bar and Restaurant.

New ownership has minor renovations planned along with a rebranding and new concept, which they hope to complete by SXSW ‘22.
