Old 6th is New 6th - Paul Bodenman, Senior Vice President, Stream
Paul Bodenman serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively totaling over $2 billion of equity. In his Paul is responsible for sourcing, planning, and executing transformative mixed-use and multifamily developments across Stream’s IM platform. With a career spanning 17 years, Paul has acquired extensive experience in commercial real estate development, specializing in office, hotel, multifamily, and mixed-use projects in prominent locations such as Los Angeles, California, and Austin, Texas.

Mike McMillen is VP of Land at Brookfield Properties, oversee the land acquisition and development for the Central Texas region, covering the Austin and San Antonio markets.
