Old 6th is New 6th - Paul Bodenman, Senior Vice President, Stream

Paul Bodenman serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively totaling over $2 billion of equity. In his Paul is responsible for sourcing, planning, and executing transformative mixed-use and multifamily developments across Stream’s IM platform.
