In less than 45 days from taking to market DeLea Becker of Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate leased out 2110 South Congress, a prime piece of real estate on the corner of South Congress and Crockett in 78704. Meteor Coffee is opening its third location in the Capitol City just down the street from the Texas Capitol Building. Their other locations are in Little Rock Arkansas where it was born and Bentonville is in the works like their Austin location.
Meteor will be doing a major renovation to the property at 2110 South Congress which has been a convenience store for many years.
