Property Manager & Operations | Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Property Manager who has strong fundamental accounting skills, office administration experience, and a passion to learn new techniques/software/procedures. Austin is one of the fastest growing Commercial Real Estate markets with new opportunities every day.
Expectation of full-time in-office hours ranging from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri), overtime available on an as needed basis. Nights & Weekends occasionally for urgent Property Management Repairs
Handle customer inquiries: Answer initial phone/email inquiries & respond accordingly, follow-up on initial phone/email requests and manage applicable sales tools
Eager to learn and implement new Software, Hardware, Operations and Procedures
Resolves issues effectively- seeing real problems and solving them
Assists with Data Entry and Salesforce
Manage Accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Reporting
End of Year Accounting
Manages Rent Rolls and Budgets
Manage Relationships & Communication : Clients, Tenants, Vendors
Manage Maintenance & Repairs - Request, Coordination, Final Walk Through & Budget
Maintain all office and property filing : digital and hard copy
Assist with Project Management of construction and tenant move in
Record and maintain listings databases: CoStar, Loopnet and Website
Assist with Process & Procedures
Supervise Interns
Skill & Experience Requirements
-Associate Degree
-Operations Experience
-Property Management Experience
-Cloud Based Property Management Software
-Excellent Excel Skills
-Excellent Accounting Skills
