WORKBENCH, a 48,000 SF mass timber office development in East Austin, was the highlight of the CREW Network Convention Tour — and for good reason. 50% equity partners women, this project is led by Jennifer Seay, Shawna Sieck, and DeLea Becker, three powerhouse entrepreneurs redefining what ownership looks like in commercial real estate.

During the CREW Hard Hat tour, attendees saw firsthand how WORKBENCH blends sustainable design, innovative construction, and female leadership to shape the next era of Austin development.
