Meet the partners, discuss the project and partnership opportunity, and walk Dick Clark Offices for feel of their designed space.
On our new project, one of our main strategies to accomplish this is to create a partnership of owner/occupiers that will lease as well as own the building. That brings benefits on the bank rate, less down payment, and better amortization. This has worked very successfully in our current office, and we’re moving forward larger building with additional Partners. Our Workbench building is 50,000 s.f. leasable and we have about 70% of it leased to our Partners, with a few more offices available and great restaurant with double high space on the corner still to lease.
We are looking for a few more like-minded Partners to fill out our human capital offerings to create a one-stop-shop for real estate and share our synergy. We call it Workbench. Our current Partners include Dick Clark & Associates, Swinerton Construction, Fort Structures, Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate and Legacy Lighting for our retail space as well as some of our office space on the Design floor.
