DeLea Becker is the founder and broker of Beck-Reit Commercial Real Estate, a top woman-owned commercial brokerage rooted in East Austin for 25 years. As an office property owner, broker, and developer, DeLea has completed more than $100 million in commercial transactions and $12 million in development projects. Her latest project, a 50,000 SF office development in East Austin with six partners, broke ground October 2025. Beck-Reit will lead leasing and asset management.
