    • Can close fast - 7 DAYS - up to $2.5 Million.

    • Can close fast- 21 DAYS - up to $6 Million

  • Building Quality: Commercial-grade construction (metal, masonry, brick, or block) preferred. We’re not scared of deferred maintenance if the price is right.

  • Specialty Assets:

    • Car washes, restaurants, or any property that includes equipment with tax depreciation benefits.
